Aerial flights depend on wind and visibility. If it isn’t safe to fly, I reschedule just the aerial portion at no extra charge, and interior and exterior ground photos still happen as planned.

Some properties legally can’t be flown, like those near airports, Disneyland, or in restricted airspace. For others, permission can sometimes be requested depending on the airspace. I’ll check your exact address ahead of time and confirm what’s possible before we shoot.

I serve Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties. There’s no travel fee within LA County; jobs outside LA County may include a small travel fee depending on the package and distance. Send over your address and I’ll confirm the specifics upfront.

Reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before your shoot at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee, since that slot can’t be rebooked.
